Please telephone 01295 259484 or 259661.

Home Visits are only available for those that are housebound, terminally ill and those that are physically unable to attend the surgery due to illness.

Where you do not believe that you can physically attend the surgery due to an illness, a visit can be requested. Please try to request visits before 11.00 am to allow us to plan the visits with the Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP) and/or doctors.

A doctor will call you back and will arrange a home visit, if appropriate, after discussion with you. Any request for a visit after 11.00 am am should only be for medically urgent problems.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.  The ECP and doctors will not carry out a home visit for patients because they don't have transport to get to the surgery.

The receptionist will ask for some details regarding the nature of the request. Please give as much information as possible. The clinician will telephone you beforehand.

Please note: we may also use a third party care provider such as the Early Visiting Service.
